How To Remove Blackheads Fast And Easy

In my entire life I have seldom suffered from pimples or cystic acne but blackheads are another thing. They pop out just about everywhere on my face but most are concentrated on my nose and forehead.

I used to go for facial every two weeks but there wasn't always enough time or the clinic would be close by the time I leave the office. I had to learn how to remove my blackheads on my own.

I found this great book entitled "Clear Skin Magic" by Audrey Roberts where I found a fast and easy way to remove blackheads that I would like to share with you:

1. Wash your face thoroughly with a mild facial cleanser, facial wash or exfoliating wash and warm water. Dry your face with a clean towel by patting lightly. Do not scrub your face with the towel.

2. Put a face towel in a bowl and pour boiling water on it. Test when the water is warm enough that you can stand to squeeze the towel lightly. Place the hot/warm face towel on your face until
it cools. The hot towel will force your pores to open and the blackheads to loosen.

3. Mix 1 teaspoon of fine coffee granules with 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. Scrub the coffee-oil mixture lightly on your face and neck. Scrub more on the areas where the blackheads are
concentrated. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing it off with water.

5. Rinse your face with warm water until the skin feels smooth and supple but not oily. With your ball of your fingers (not your fingernails!) push lightly downwards on the blackheads to gently coax them out. Rinse thoroughly.

6. Warm around 2 tablespoons honey in the microwave and spread a thin film of honey all over your face and neck putting more in the areas where your blackheads are concentrated. Let it stay for about 5 to 10 minutes. The honey mask will help revitalize your skin and also remove whatever dry skin cells and blackheads are there.

7. Get a clean, damp face towel and put it in the freezer. Get another face towel, put it in a bowl of hot water and let it stand until the water is warm enough for you to handle.

8. Take the warm face towel and wipe off the honey face mask with it thoroughly.

9. After wiping off the honey, get the face towel from the freezer and spread it over your face. The cold face towel will make your pores close.

You will notice that your face will feel tingly, clean, light and soft.

You can do this at night an hour or two before going to bed so that your face will be rested and relaxed. Do this once a week or every two weeks depending on the need. Even without blackheads you can still do this cleansing procedure to maintain clear and soft skin.
